My Murderers

I accuse of intentional medical malpractice with severe prejudice the following individuals. I also hold personably accountable their employees and co-workers, most of whom botched up the required procedures in regards to my mother’s physical recovery.

I want people out there to know who was medically responsible for the previous five years and the absolute nightmares we have endured.

DR. TODD KATZMAN for being unable to interpret an X-ray of my mother’s hip and her condition’s severity. His surgery took hours and he had to replace her destroyed right hip after saying that it would take a mere clip to heal it back into place. He had promptly retired when I sought him out.

DR. FARBOD ESMAILIAN for failing to stitch properly my mother’s skin graft. She nearly bled to death and required multiple blood transfusions. She was hospitalized for a day because of this.

DR. MARTIN BLANCO-ECCLESTON for avoiding and ignoring my mother’s condition along with his colleague, Dr. Karen Khin. When an orthopedic surgeon sent him the pre-op test orders, his office put them through the paper shredder because they forgot to scan them properly! It cost us the surgeon's 1st attempt at operating on her and our June 5th, 2020 surgery date was cancelled as a result of these endless delays.

DR. KAREN KHIN for avoiding and ignoring my mother’s condition along with Dr. Blanco-Eccleston. She was also responsible for the pre-op testing and did nothing when my mother's gurney would not fit inside her room, except to use their office manager as a Berlin Wall between them and my mother. It all ended in a shouting match with them making ME look as the bad guy, which is NOT how a patient is supposed to be treated!

DR. KASEIN GONZALEZ for avoiding and ignoring my mother’s condition in lieu of appearing on network TV. The less said about him and his shady business practices, the better. Stay away from that man.

HOUSECALL DOCTORS MEDICAL GROUP (RITA GRIJALVA) They leeched off my mother’s pain only to misdiagnose her broken hip as a reuthmatic knee. Grifters! They make house calls, but they are anything but doctors.

PALLIATIVE CARE GROUP HOSPICE (“NICA”) Criminals! They made up false diagnoses to bilk insurers. I was told to accept that my mother's "terminal brain cancer" was in its "final stages" when she had never been diagnosed with anything of the sort, let alone having undergone a CAT scan!

DR. PEARLMAN HICKS who selfishly refused to treat my mother's skin cancer and said that "half of her face" would be lost in surgery. He was pissed that her gurney was blocking the front desk of his office.

DR. RENE PEREZ-SILVA who refused to see my mother at his office as she lay in extreme pain despite having once known her well. (He incorrectly diagnosed a false heart condition when he was her PCP over 40 years ago!) My mother suffered extensive physical damage after her gurney would not fit inside his elevator, (folding her in half at one point) and he STILL would not head down to the main floor to check on her! We were driven back home and the trip was YET ANOTHER waste of time and emotional stress.

DR. DAVID SIMON who despicably DISCHARGED my mother despite not doing a damn thing for her! Simon engages in DEFENSIVE MEDICINE. This means that he washes his hands of a patient if he fears a malpractice suit is coming his way. He referred us to the abominable Anatol Podolsky and neglected to perform the pre-op testing ordered by our third surgeon, just as Blanco-Eccleston failed to do before him.

DR. ANATOL PODOLSKY who half-assed replaced my mother’s right hip only to ABANDON her in a nursing home called Manor Care! He performed the surgery within two days of meeting us and promised that she would be back on her walker within a month. Check out his record of malpractice suits for yourself. I wish I had!

MANOR CARE NURSING HOME who listed Mom as a PERMANENT resident LONG AFTER she returned home! Contact with that place was NON-EXISTENT! Absolutely NOBODY answered the phone! NO ONE knew why she was being held there because they were milking Medicare and Medi-Cal DRY without doing a damn thing for her. FELONS!

DR. KENNETH LINDEN who CAUSED my mother’s PERIORBITAL CELLULITIS after botching biopsies of her face. Linden refused to admit that he was at fault and his errors cost us yet another week of emergency hospitalization due to his incompetence. In our final visit to him, he even JOKED about it all to my mother's face, knowing full well that she could not hear nor understand him.

DR. RYAN STANCIL who requested X-rays of my mother which were done in a long and grueling procedure, made us wait for an over an hour during my mother's appointment on her gurney, whose hand I shook even as I asked him to help us, who listened quietly as I relayed the events of the previous five years, looking very much like Patrick Bateman, only to respond that there was nothing he could do for my mother as surgery would kill her EVEN AS I HAD EXPLAINED HOW SHE SURVIVED ANATOL PODOLSKY'S FAULTY HIP REPLACEMENT and left the room promising to place her in palliative care, a referral which we are still waiting for. One whole month was wasted on a doctor who simply did not give a damn and promptly washed his hands of the whole matter.

I TOOK MY LIFE DUE TO THEIR ACTIONS AND INACTIONS. MY MOTHER’S FATE WAS SEALED DUE TO THEM AS WELL.

Lastly, Joseph M. Tages Sr, his wife Leticia Bernarda Ojeda Tages, his brother Julio A. Tages, and nephew Eddy Reyes, all conspired together by engaging in medical fraud and income tax evasion, leading Tages Sr. to perjuring himself in an attempt to make it look as if my mother and I never existed so he would avoid paying further alimony, leading to the bankruptcy and illness of my mother, Gladis R. Tages, my eventual eviction from our home upon her demise, and the ensuing events which led to my suicide.
